A clear, dark, and bright green colour. A clear umami flavor with a little sweet and has a nice acidity that makes it easier to drink. A balanced mixture of bitter and sweet. It has a fuller body that makes it easy to drink as usu-cha (straight tea). It would work well with matcha lattes and other beverages. An easy recommendation.
