Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently only ship to locations within Singapore.

  • We will be opening up International shipping in the near future but it is currently not available at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.

    • Shipping Rate: SGD 5 per delivery (flat rate).

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders exceeding a specific value (details will be provided during promotions).

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM on weekdays or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier service issues. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at agoodswallow@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • Certain areas may have limited delivery services; please contact us if you have concerns about your location.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. Notify us at agoodswallow@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

  3. We will investigate and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.

7. Changes to Orders and Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order:

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Failed Deliveries or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address information,

  • Failure to collect, or

  • Any other reason caused by the customer,

We may charge a re-delivery fee. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

9. Shipping During Public Holidays

Orders placed during Singapore public holidays may experience delays due to closures and reduced operations by shipping carriers. Such orders will be processed on the next business day.
