Handpicked from the shaded tea fields of Uji City, this blend of Uji-Hikari and Samidori cultivars is stone-ground into a fine, vivid emerald powder — its colour a quiet promise of freshness and depth.
Shaded the traditional tana way and harvested in Spring 2025 (Ichibancha), it carries a mellow creaminess balanced by refined umami and a trace of elegant bitterness that rounds each sip. Smooth enough for usucha, complex enough for koicha, it’s the matcha we reach for when the day asks for focus without frenzy.
Inspired by l’heure verte — the green hour — this limited edition marks a moment to slow down, reconnect, and drink something worth your attention.
