MATCHA 5
DESCRIPTION
Made from Uji-grown tencha leaves, Matcha No. 5 combines Yabukita, Okumidori, and Uji Hikari cultivars — creating an elegant, balanced expression of late-spring Uji tea.
Shaded the traditional tana way and harvested at the end of May, it’s stone-milled into a tender spring-green powder with a smooth, mellow body and refined umami. Subtle sweetness and an elegant touch of bitterness give it quiet depth without intensity.
Easy to whisk, forgiving in flavour, and beautifully versatile — perfect for usucha or a clean, premium latte.
For the ones who like their matcha calm, steady, and softly sweet.
